Colatta Compound (Dark, Milk, White)

Colatta Compound is a chocolate compound, especially formulated to imitate the characteristic of couverture but without the need of tempering process in its preparation. This advantage is obtained because is made from specially mixed vegetable fats as a result of an elaborate research. Colatta Compound is very well melt suited for using on cakes or making pralines.
