RAINBOW PETIT FOURS

This colorful creation of no-bake petit fours are easy to make and will surely catch your
customers’ eyes.

Bahan-Bahan

85 g susu cair

25 g glucose

7 g Bendico Cocoa Powder ND

100 g Colatta Milk Couverture

150 g Colatta Dark Couverture

175 g plain yoghurt

75 g biscuit (cincang)

90 g kacang mede

(panggang dan cincang)

25 g wijen (panggang)

Penyelesaian

  1. Panaskan susu, glucose dan Bendico ND. Tambahkan Colatta Milk Couverture dan Colatta Dark Couverture, aduk rata.
  2. Tambahkan yoghurt, biscuit, kacang mede dan wijen, aduk kembali hingga rata. Simpan adonan dalam chiller hingga set, kemudian pulung dan bentuk. Hias petit four dengan chocolate modelling.
